We are convinced that maschine learning is the only and smartest solution. Therefore sensor data is needed. Wearables allow a realistic insight in peoples everyday life and form the basis for individually adapted health support accompanying the user silently without disturbing everydays activities.

The PHA works on any portable device, including the leading brands which work with wearable health data and adapts to personal needs and style of the user. The user chooses the technology with which he will be tracked.

Wearables measure the steps and/or the heart rate of their users to give feedback on their daily activity.


The body learns during recovery time. Rest can be optimized by sleep tracking through wearables.


Wearables help users to identify their eating habits and to learn about the calorie content of their meals.


A healthy lifestyle is an active lifestyle. For adults WHO recomments physical activity of moderate intensity at least 2.5 hours per week or high-intensity (when it leads to slight sweating and rapid breathing) activities 1.25 hours per week. This recommendation can be translated to an average of doing at least 10,000 steps a day. Wearables display to the user for example by measuring the heart rate or by counting daily steps if he reaches the physical activity recommendations.


Besides activity also rest and sleep are important for well-being, specially given the stressfull working environments we face nowadays. For adults experts recommend a daily sleep duration between 7 and 9 hours but it depends on individual needs. As a general rule it can be said the younger the more sleep is needed. Wearables can track sleep patterns by identifying the deep, light and REM sleep phases and provide better recovery.


Per day an energy intake of about 45-55% carbohydrates, 20-35% fat and 10-20% protein is recommended. The calories needed depend on gender, body weight, age and daily physical activity. Wearables are able to track the time and ammount of calory intake and added to that, medical devices provide information about the impact energy intake has on the body. This informations enable the PHA to support the user in terms of nutrition.
